Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control, budgeting, and financial planning for construction projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects whilst ensuring financial efficiency and compliance with contractual obligations. The ideal applicant will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of construction processes and cost management.
Estimator - Quantity Surveyor. Construction within new build, fit-out or refurbishment experience.(We have a similar position for an Assistant Estimator / Intermediate Estimator based in Halesowen)
You must live within 1 hour of Solihull. Have UK experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor and have a full UK driving licence. If not your c.v will be deleted
