What We are Looking For
We are looking for 2 Practitioners who are:
- Level 3 qualified in Childcare / Early Years / QTS
- Passionate about delivering high-quality early education
- Confident, proactive, and ready to get involved
- Inspired by child-led learning and The Curiosity Approach
- Creative, reflective, and full of ideas
- A warm team player who enjoys building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Open to job sharing
- We are a year round setting open 50 weeks per year between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm our available shift patterns are 5 shorter days e.g. 8:30am-4:30pm or 4 longer days 7:30am-5:30pm
Your Role
As an Early Years Educator, you will:
- Create nurturing and inspiring learning environments
- Support children’s development through play, exploration, and curiosity
- Help shape and grow our setting as it evolves
- Observe and support each child’s unique learning journey
- Work closely with a friendly, supportive team
- Bring The Curiosity Approach to life in everyday practice
