Join Our Team as a Plant Installations Technician!
We are looking for a reliable, practical and hardworking Installations Technician to join our Plant Displays team.
We specialise in creating and installing high-quality plant displays for customers and commercial sites. This is a hands-on role involving the installation, positioning and finishing of plant displays, with regular travel to different locations.
The role involves working at height using ladders, handling plants and equipment, and working in a variety of customer environments. A keen eye for detail is particularly important, as the quality and presentation of our installations are a big part of what we do.
You'll be joining an experienced and highly capable installations team. We have a strong team culture and believe in supporting our people. You'll be encouraged to use your initiative and make decisions on site, but you'll always have experienced colleagues and management available when you need advice or assistance.
Previous installation experience is beneficial, but we are happy to train the right person. We are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, practical ability and willingness to learn.

The Person We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who turns up, gets stuck in and takes pride in doing a good job.
You'll need to be practical and hardworking, but just as importantly, you'll need to care about the finished result. Our plant displays are highly visible, and the small details matter — from the positioning of individual plants to the overall balance and presentation of the finished installation.
We want our installers to think for themselves, use their initiative and take ownership of their work. At the same time, we don't expect anyone to know everything or figure things out alone. You'll be part of an experienced team and will have support and guidance whenever you need it.
If you're dependable, practical, detail-oriented and keen to learn, and you'd like to join a team that takes pride in the work it does, we'd like to hear from you.
