Dental Elite are recruiting for an experienced Practice Manager to join a successful, family-owned dental practice in Warrington.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced dental leader looking to step away from a corporate environment and join a supportive organisation that genuinely invests in its people, patient care, and long-term career development.
About the Role
- Location: Warrington
- Contract: Full-time
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00
- On-call: 1 weekend on-call rota covering all group practices
- Start Date: November 2026 (handover period included)
- Salary: From £34,000
- Lead and develop a high-performing practice team
- Drive operational performance, patient experience and team engagement
- Work closely with senior management within a growing family-owned group

Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years' Dental Practice Management experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercially minded with a patient-first approach
- Organised, proactive and able to motivate a team
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and practice performance

Requirements
