Job Summary:
Al Falah Global Travel Services Ltd is seeking a Head of Travel Services to lead travel operations, improve customer service, and support the delivery of smooth and reliable travel experiences. This role is ideal for an experienced travel professional who can guide teams, manage service standards, and strengthen operational performance.
What you'll do:
- Lead daily travel service operations.
- Manage travel teams, workloads, and service priorities.
- Oversee bookings, itineraries, and customer support.
- Maintain strong relationships with travel partners and suppliers.
- Improve service quality and resolve escalated customer concerns.
- Monitor performance and support business growth.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams towards achieving organisational objectives.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail in planning complex itineraries.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to industry changes and technological advancements.
- Relevant qualifications in travel management or related fields are desirable but not essential.
- A proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining a strategic vision for the department’s growth.
Pay: £5,300.00-£7,200.00 per month
