⭐ Role Responsibilities – Service Engineer (No Repairs Focus)
As a Service Engineer, you will:
Carry out annual boiler servicing and landlord gas safety checks across social housing properties Complete planned maintenance visits in line with compliance and safety standards
Ensure all appliances are operating safely and efficiently in accordance with Gas Safety regulations Record and update job information accurately using company systems
Identify and report any additional defects or follow-up work required during service visits Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer care at all times
Communicate clearly with residents and the planning team regarding appointments and visit outcomes Work independently, managing your daily workload efficiently
⭐ Ideal Candidate
Valid ACS and relevant gas qualifications Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
Experience in domestic servicing and breakdown work (servicing focus preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
Excellent customer service skills and professional approach Comfortable working independently in occupied social housing properties
