Are you a dedicated swim teacher with a passion for providing quality instruction to students? Teamtheme is seeking an experienced Swim Teacher to join our team. Our swim lessons are conducted in pop-up pools at different primary schools across the BCP area. We are looking for individuals with a Level 2 Swim Teacher qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and effective swim lessons in pop-up pools at various primary schools.
- Follow our established swimming curriculum to provide comprehensive instruction.
- Foster a safe and enjoyable learning environment for students.
- Assess and track student progress, offering feedback for improvement.
- Maintain accurate record of student performance and attendance.
- Adhere to safety and lifeguarding protocols to ensure a secure learning environment.
Requirements:
- A background in teaching swimming.
- Hold a Level 2 swimming teaching qualification.
- Possession of a lifeguard qualification or NRASTC certification is highly advantageous, but not a requirement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching and promoting water safety.
- Availability to work during school hours (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM).
- The ability to drive to different schools is important.
