Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their festive shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting holiday decorations, gifts, and gardening products with enthusiasm and expertise
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays, ensuring products are well-organized and visually appealing
- Share knowledge on gardening, horticulture, and seasonal plant care to support customer needs
- Manage stock levels efficiently, restocking shelves and organizing inventory for smooth operations
- Support with checkout processes, handling transactions accurately and efficiently
- Promote our seasonal offerings through engaging merchandising and product placement strategies
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities such as Spanish are a plus to connect with diverse customers
- Passion for gardening and horticulture, with some knowledge of plant care and seasonal products
- Strong organizational skills to manage stock and maintain attractive displays
- Friendly, energetic attitude with a genuine desire to help customers enjoy their shopping experience
- Ability to work flexibly during peak holiday periods, including weekends and evenings
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential—enthusiasm is key!

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
