Multi-Channel Marketer (MCM) Apprentice – Level 3

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice to join a fast-growing eCommerce business within the beauty and skincare sector.
This established online retailer operates at scale within the UK market, delivering premium skincare, haircare and beauty products through a rapidly expanding digital platform. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience across digital campaigns, website optimisation, trading performance and customer engagement.

Role Overview
As an MCM Apprentice, you will support the eCommerce and Digital Marketing team in delivering high-performing multi-channel campaigns and maintaining a best-in-class online customer experience.
You will gain practical experience across email marketing, paid media coordination, SEO, social media, website merchandising and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Update website content, product listings and categories to ensure accuracy, optimisation and brand consistency
- Support the build, testing and reporting of email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Assist with paid marketing coordination and tracking campaign performance
- Create and schedule social media content, monitor engagement and report on metrics
- Carry out on-page SEO tasks including metadata updates and optimisation checks
- Support product uploads, competitor analysis and general eCommerce administration
- Maintain marketing dashboards and assist with data reporting and performance analysis
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand and eCommerce teams on wider campaigns and trading initiatives
About You
Essential:
- Strong interest in digital marketing, eCommerce and online trading
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Basic IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
Desirable:
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling
- Awareness of platforms such as Shopify
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Klaviyo or Canva
- Interest in beauty, skincare or wellness
Training & Qualification
This apprenticeship is delivered in partnership with NowSkills.
