Cocktail Bar Supervisor – Finders Keepers

Personality is absolutely key here. We are a high-end neighbourhood cocktail bar with an elevated drinks offering, but we also serve as a bustling neighbourhood hub. We have a distinct "pub vibe" and a loyal community of regulars. We need someone who isn't just serving drinks, but is genuinely engaging with our guests, entertaining them, and building lasting relationships.
The Role
In this role, you will split your time between crafting exceptional serves and stepping up as a leader. You will be responsible for maintaining venue standards, ensuring the space looks pristine and the service remains top-tier.
What We Are Looking For:
- An outgoing, magnetic personality—you are a natural host who makes everyone feel welcome.
- Cocktail bar trained and highly skilled in your craft, but equally comfortable working the floor and managing the room.
- Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
