What you will do
As a Room Attendant, you will take pride in working as part of a dedicated team to maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas

Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly

Ensure all guest requests are handled efficiently and with a professional, courteous attitude
What you will bring

Previous experience as a Room Attendant in a 5-star luxury hotel, with a strong understanding of luxury housekeeping standards and guest expectations.

Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to ensure guest bedrooms and bathrooms are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort.

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to service assigned rooms efficiently while consistently maintaining high standards.

Professional, discreet, and guest focused approach, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining guest privacy at all times.
