We are hiring for an Early Years Teacher to join a Primary School in Wythenshawe from September 2026. This is a full-time, long-term role running until the end of the academic year, with pay in line with the Main Pay Scale (MPS) from your very first day.

The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support children's social, emotional, and academic development.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to achieve the best outcomes for every child.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience teaching within an Early Years setting (ECTs are encouraged to apply).
- Is passionate about providing high-quality early years education.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Is committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Can commit to a full-time role until the end of the academic year.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Relevant teaching references.
