Heat Pump Service & Maintenance Specialist
We are looking for an experienced ASHP Service & Maintenance Engineer to take ownership of field operations across the South East and South West.
No micro-management, no cutting corners—just high-level technical work and outstanding daily rates.
The Role
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex hydraulic, electrical and control faults on residential and commercial heat pump systems.
- System Optimization: Carry out routine servicing, performance tuning and repairs to keep systems running at peak efficiency.
- Client Advisory: Act as the technical expert on site, helping customers get the absolute most out of their green energy setups.
What We Need From You
- NVQ Level 3 in ASHP Installations.
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating.
- Active Gas Safe registration.
- FGas (strongly preferred).
- Proven Experience: Real, practical knowledge servicing and troubleshooting heat pumps in the field.
- Transport: Valid UK driving license and your own reliable work vehicle.
- DBS: Valid check preferred (we will process and pay for a new one if needed).
The Package
- Pay: £400 to £500 per day (based on tickets and experience).
- Territory: Regional coverage across the South East & South West.
