We are seeking an individual to join our leadership team in Spey Ward.
Rohallion Secure Care Clinic is a unique Regional and Tayside facility for Forensic In-patient Mental Health Services.
Spey Ward is a Medium Secure Assessment Ward supporting patients from across the North of Scotland who are part of the Forensic Services. As a team we support patients at the start of their acute crisis period from the initial assessment right through their progress to a recovery ward, or for discharge. We are looking for individuals who are keen to join our team to work with us in promoting patient engagement in their care, therapies and to be part of creating positive changes within the ward that will enhance the patient experience.
As a clinic we work within the NHS Tayside Values and candidates for the post should demonstrate their understanding and ability to work within these.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register. Experience within a mental health or forensic environment would be desirable although not essential. You should be able to demonstrate evidence of professional development.

Hours of work are: 36 hours per week. Fixed Term/Secondment for 12 Months. The service operates a long day shift pattern (both day and night shift) in accordance with NHS Tayside Rostering Policy.
