A fantastic opportunity has become available for a sharp minded individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. No previous recruitment experience is necessary and full training will be provided.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will spend your first 6-12 months working within an establish team and managing key accounts throughout Leicestershire. The role offers excellent support and an extensive training plan.
Upon sucessfull completion of your first year, you will be taught how to effectively business develop and win your own clients. You will be offered your own region to develop, through which you will gain the opportunity to enhance your salary with excellent bonus payments!!

What your day to day will look like:
- Serving as pivotal link between clients and candidates, facilitating successful employment matches
- Create your own network of candidates through job adverts, job fairs and professional networking sites. Screening candidates to assess their suitability
- Maintain strong relationships with our Residential Childcare & SEN clients needs
- Creating pipeline of cold and warm clients
- Identify and attract top talent within our sectors, ensuring the right match for both candidates and clients
- Supporting our clients by providing daily supply staff using the candidates you've recruited
Skills & Experience Sought:
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A passion for the Social Care and / or Education sector, particularly SEN, with a commitment to making a positive impact
- Customer facing experience, either B2B or B2C will be considered
