Our newly transformed Global Technology Centre is the hive of innovation and technology for our high profile client. The campus is in the heart of the Cheshire countryside offering a blend of ultra-modern working environment in historically significant, manicured 65 acre estate.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Afternoon & Evening Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations during the evening shift. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong supervisory skills, a passion for cleanliness, and a commitment to exceptional service.
The Role
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff during the afternoon / evening shift, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards
- Monitor cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards are met
- Ensure the highest standards of work activity both from self and the team
- Assist in training new staff on cleaning protocols, equipment use, and safety procedures
- Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment
- Collaborate with other shift managers to ensure seamless transitions between shifts
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, respect and professional growth
About You
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- A can-do hands-on attitude to the role
- Full UK driving licence, held for 12 month
