Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport clean and soiled linen throughout the hotel, ensuring timely delivery to designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of all public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common areas, adhering to high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Restock linen supplies in guest rooms, bathrooms, and service areas as needed
- Assist with laundry operations by sorting, folding, and organizing linens for distribution or collection
- Monitor inventory levels of linens and cleaning supplies, notifying management when stock needs replenishment
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure health and safety standards are consistently met
- Support team efforts during busy periods by helping with additional janitorial duties or guest requests
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality operations is highly preferred
- Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles demonstrates strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude that promotes teamwork and guest satisfaction
