New Ballers academy are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable FA Level 1 qualified football coach to support the delivery of football sessions for boys and girls aged 4–8 years old.
This is an excellent opportunity for a coach who is keen to gain further experience, develop coaching skills, and progress towards additional FA qualifications within a supportive football coaching business.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning fun and engaging training sessions for children aged 4–8
- Delivering sessions focusing on specific individual and team skills for players.
- Promoting teamwork, respect, and discipline on the field.
- Collaborating with coaching and development staff to enhance engagement in each session.
- Staying up to date with the latest training trends and methodologies.
- Creating a positive role model persona as an example for young players.
Requirements
- Passion for football and talent development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate players.
- Introduction to Football qualification (FA Level 1).
- Safeguarding children in Football qualification.
- Introduction to First-Aid in football qualification.
- Up to date DBS.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
