Pay Rate: £30k - £32k (DOE) / Full-time/ Perm Role

Overview:
Kenect Recruitment Belfast is currently recruiting an experienced Maintenance Operative to join a well-established and reputable client based in Belfast and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional with experience in UPVC windows, doors, and general repair work, offering a company van, fuel card, and stable weekday hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Fitting PVC doors 7 windows
- Replacing glass units
- Basic joinery tasks
- Completing job paperwork accurately and on time
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience working with windows, doors, kitchens etc
- Strong UPVC window and door knowledge
- Basic joinery skills
- Experience in general maintenance and repair work
- Own tools required
- Own Van required & insurance
- Public liability insurance required
