* Resource & Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure all materials, specialist tools, and plant hire (e.g., cherry pickers) are secured and on-site prior to the arrival of engineers.
* Technical Compliance & Safety: Author job-specific RAMS, secure necessary site permits, and review SafetyCulture reports and EasyCert electrical certificates for 100% accuracy within 24 hours of job completion.

* Financial Control: Monitor job costs, variations, and labour hours to protect profit margins, collaborating with the finance team to validate subcontractor and supplier invoices.
Requirements & Experience
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, contract assistant manager or Project Manager within the commercial electrical/mechanical or facilities management sector.
* Strong technical background in electrical or mechanical installations is highly advantageous(18th Edition / City & Guilds).

* IOSH or NEBOSH Managing Safely certificate.
* Assertive leadership style with a strict, proactive approach to accountability and systems.
