Experienced General Builder Required
ITC are looking to add an experienced General Builder to our growing team, working on a wide range of domestic construction projects throughout the Kinross area.
We undertake a variety of projects including refurbishments, extensions and new-build homes, and are seeking a reliable, skilled individual who takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Key Requirements
The successful candidate should have experience in:
- Domestic building projects, including refurbishments, extensions and new builds
- Groundworks and drainage installation
- Concrete foundations
- Basic brickwork
- Fencing
- Hard landscaping
Applicants must also:
- Be able to read and work from construction drawings
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Have good communication skills
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety standards at all times
