Skills and Qualifications
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional events.
- Some previous experience in event production or event support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent punctuality and time management.
- Sharp organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
- A willingness to learn and get involved in all areas of production.
Working Hours
This is a full-time role based on a 37.5-hour working week from our Castle Donington facility. However, due to the nature of event installation and operation, flexibility is essential. Shifts may include early starts, late finishes, and a mix of weekdays and weekends.
