Role Overview
We are looking for experienced floor staff who are confident, professional, and passionate about French food and wine. The ideal candidate will bring personality and expertise to every service, creating memorable experiences for our guests while working closely with a small, dedicated team. 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE is minimum needed in hospitability, both on the floor and bar, please DO NOT APPLY IF NOT.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering attentive, high-quality service with a personal touch
- Taking orders and providing accurate, enthusiastic guidance on our menu and wine list
- Confidently recommending pairings and explaining French dishes to guests
- Greetings customers
- Managing a section with efficiency and professionalism during busy service
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment
- Supporting opening/closing procedures and smooth service flow
- Communicating clearly with the kitchen and bar teams
Requirements
- MINIMUM 2 YEARS of front-of-house experience in a restaurant THIS IS A MUST
- Working knowledge of French cuisine and wines — including regional dishes and classic pairings
- Strong communication skills and a naturally hospitable approach
- Fluent English; French language skills a plus, but not required
- Well-presented, punctual, and calm under pressure
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
