Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, highly organized, and results-driven Social Media Content Manager to manage our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will create, schedule, publish, and optimize daily content that increases views, subscribers, followers, and engagement.
This role is perfect for someone who understands viral content, YouTube growth, and social media trends while ensuring all content remains safe and appropriate for children.
Responsibilities
- Publish content daily across all social media platforms.
- Manage YouTube, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging captions, titles, descriptions, and hashtags.
- Design eye-catching thumbnails and social media graphics.
- Schedule content using social media management tools.
- Monitor trends and identify viral content opportunities.
- Optimize YouTube videos for SEO and discoverability.
- Track analytics and provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Respond to comments and engage with the online community.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice.
- Coordinate with video editors and designers to ensure content is published on time.
- Suggest new content ideas based on audience insights and platform trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing YouTube and social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and algorithm best practices.
- Experience with children's or family-friendly content is highly preferred.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools.
- Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Center, and analytics platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
