Robinson Hornsby is an established, independent estate agency with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding customer service across Doncaster and the surrounding villages. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join our team in Tickhill.

The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for guiding clients through every stage of the property sales process, from initial enquiry through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements.
- Conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
- Progressing agreed sales through to completion.
- Generating and booking market appraisal appointments.
- Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors and mortgage advisers.
- Keeping clients regularly updated throughout their sale.
- Meeting individual and branch performance targets.
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every opportunity.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in estate agency sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence using computer systems and ideally Alto software.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
