Duties
- Perform specialised beauty treatments including makeup application, skincare, and other cosmetic procedures
- Provide personalised consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable services
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the salon or workspace
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilised and maintained
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques to offer innovative services
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate products and aftercare advice
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry
- Skilled in makeup application and other cosmetic treatments
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Professional appearance and demeanour with a passion for enhancing client confidence
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to beauty treatments
