Willow Green is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) for young people aged 16-25 registered with the Charities Commission and is funded through both Education and Local Authority Adult Social Care bodies.

Due to the growth of our organisation, we are seeking an experienced care or support worker for our brand-new provision The Willows, to work alongside college tutors.
The postholder will support delivering programmes for learners and participants with complex needs, including the development of resources that meet individual communication and SEND support requirements. The role will also include supporting young adults with personal care needs where required. In addition, the postholder will take responsibility for the effective running of the service area on designated days, jointly delivering, and assessing learners.
The Activity Lead will work closely with the Explore and Engage Tutor to support the planning, delivery, assessment and review of learning for learners with complex needs. This will include preparing appropriate learning and assessment materials, delivering high-quality sessions and contributing to individualised learning that is adapted and differentiated to meet each learners needs. The postholder will help to record, track, monitor and report on learner progress, identify valid and sufficient evidence against the Preparation for Adulthood framework.
The role is 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks
