Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused E-commerce & Wholesale Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our online and wholesale business. This role includes sales order processing, strong customer service, problem solving and high organisational skills with the ability to multi task.
Key Responsibilities
Wholesale Administration:
- Process wholesale sales orders and maintain accurate customer records.
- Process pick notes through to dispatching, invoices and creating drivers delivery wallets for the following day.
- Identifying any products low in stock and communicating with the buyer. Notifying the customers of any out of stocks and offering an alternative.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers.
- Goods In – booking in product to the system.
E-commerce Administration:
- Process and manage online orders accurately and efficiently, investigating and resolving any delivery issues.
- Update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images across e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor website orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Investigate all failed deliveries – the root cause
- Assist with stock management and inventory updates.
- Monitor online sales performance and prepare basic sales reports.
General Administration:
- Maintain accurate databases and filing systems.
- Assist with stock takes and inventory reconciliation.
- Prepare reports and assist with business administration tasks.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in e-commerce, wholesale administration, or customer service.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify and Amazon) is desirable.
- Experience in a WMS an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility required
Pay: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
