We are seeking a Trainee Project Manager or Project Management Apprentice to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced Project Managers, gain hands-on experience, and develop the skills needed to manage projects from concept through to completion.
About the Role
As a Trainee Project Manager, you will support our Project Management team with administration, project coordination, data management, client communication, and day-to-day project activities. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical experience and exposure to all stages of project delivery.
Key duties will include:
· Assisting with the planning and implementation of projects
· Preparing production paperwork to ensure smooth project handovers
· Supporting project managers with administration and data management
· Communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
· Attending site meetings when required
· Monitoring project progress and reporting updates
· Helping to resolve project issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
· Ensuring company procedures and health & safety requirements are followed
· Supporting the wider project team to achieve successful project outcomes

Desirable
· Previous administrative, customer service, or project support experience
· An interest in construction, manufacturing, project management, or design
· Relevant qualifications or a desire to work towards a Project Management qualification through an apprenticeship programme
