We’re looking for a Breakfast Cook / Chef de Partie to join our friendly pub kitchen team.
You’ll play an important role in delivering a great breakfast experience for our guests, preparing fresh, tasty food to a consistently high standard while working efficiently as part of a busy kitchen team.

Full Time Hours / Wage dependant on experience and will be discussed at interview
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to order
- Preparing ingredients and ensuring everything in place for service
- Ensuring breakfast service runs smoothly and efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures
- Monitoring stock and helping to minimise food waste
- Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team during busy services
- Helping with general kitchen preparation and service when required
What We’re Looking For
You’ll ideally have previous experience in a professional kitchen, particularly with breakfast or busy service periods.
Most importantly, you’ll be:
- Reliable and punctual
- Passionate about good food
- Able to work calmly under pressure
- A good team player
- Organised and hardworking
- Comfortable with early starts, weekends and bank holidays, and working split shifts
- Committed to maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
