Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate team members promptly.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide friendly service to guests and team members alike.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used correctly and maintained in good condition
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a must
- Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles demonstrates familiarity with cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks during busy weekends.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for teamwork and guest interactions.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts.
