Monster Group UK is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance & Compliance Coordinator to take ownership of quality and compliance activities across our diverse product range. This is a varied role for someone who has experience within quality assurance, product compliance or a similar technical environment and enjoys working collaboratively with suppliers and internal teams to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in ensuring our products and business remain compliant while identifying opportunities to improve quality, processes and supplier performance.
Please note: This is a fully office-based role at our York office (YO60 6PG). We're looking for someone who is based locally or within a comfortable commuting distance and is excited to work alongside a collaborative team where you'll build great relationships, make a real impact, and be part of our continued growth.

Your Role
- Manage company compliance requirements including EPR, WEEE, CBAM, Packaging Waste Regulations, ESG, supplier due diligence and ethical compliance.
- Lead product compliance activities including REACH, RoHS, CE/UKCA requirements, Declarations of Conformity, Technical Files, Safety Data Sheets, product testing and certification.
- Ensure compliance documentation is accurate, complete and maintained.
- Work closely with suppliers to improve product quality and resolve compliance issues.
- Drive continual product improvements through supplier collaboration and data analysis.
- Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
- Monitor legislative changes and ensure business compliance with relevant UK and international regulations.
- Support continuous improvement of quality systems, processes and best practice across the business.
Skills We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a quality assurance, compliance or technical role.
- Good understanding of product and company compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with suppliers and challenging where necessary to achieve the right outcomes.
- Well organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
Working Hours & Location
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. Start times are flexible between 8:00am and 9:30am, with finish times between 4:00pm and 5:30pm, depending on your start time. You’ll have either a 30-minute or 1-hour lunch break each day.
The role is based on-site at our modern offices near York (YO60 6PG), five days a week. Due to our location, having your own transport is essential.
