Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently using practice management software
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and direct messages promptly
- Maintain organized patient records, insurance information, and billing documentation
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely flow of patient care and appointment flow
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management of office supplies
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills
- Previous administrative experience in a healthcare or dental environment is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills—friendly, clear, and professional in all interactions
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent practice management systems
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members
- Previous experience in dental appointment software is desirable but full training will be given.
