Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Print Finisher to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing printed products to a high standard, ensuring quality and precision throughout the finishing process. This is a full time role and previous print finishing experience is required, experience of folding machinery would be a benefit also.
Salary will be dependent on previous experience.
Duties
- Trim, fold, and assemble printed materials according to specified guidelines
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring quality control
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
- Handle heavy lifting safely when moving large or bulky items within the workspace
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to adhere to health and safety regulations
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as stock organisation and inventory management when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in print finishing is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and handle manual tasks throughout the shift
- A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and improving skills
