We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team at our busy Nissan dealership in Telford.
This is a fantastic opportunity to sell new and used cars representing not only Nissan which is a leading global automotive brand but also to be able to work for WR Davies who are a family owned business established in 1924 with our centenary year was in 2024.

Retail Sales Experience is a necessity.

The role itself involves selling new and used vehicles as part of a sales process and sell the additional products which are available. We require candidates who are conscientious and hard working with a strong sense of personal discipline where being punctual and hard working are natural attributes .Being well organized is essential.
We are a small team and every effort will be made to make the successful candidate thrive in the role. You will embark on a training path through Nissan GB's highly regarded training academy and we at WR Davies will provide onsite training and support.
We expect our staff to be smart in appearance and have a full UK driving .
You need to be a people person with a good sense of humour who can easily build rapport with colleagues and customers.
You need to be articulate and a confident communicator whether that be in person or on the telephone. Good IT skills are important.
The salary with a highly attractive commission structure should give an OTE of £35000-£40000 in the first year.
A company car will be provided after your probationary period on commencing employment, ( age restrictions ).
