The Role
This is a newly created role supporting our Supply Chain Project Managers in the successful delivery of customer projects. It offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a customer-focused commercial environment while developing valuable skills in project coordination, customer service and supply chain operations.

This is a hybrid role, working in the office in Maidenhead 3 days per week.
Description
- Coordinate the weekly delivery schedule by gathering project updates and ensuring our external delivery partners are aware of upcoming requirements.
- Liaise with Supply Chain Project Managers to keep customers informed of delivery updates and any potential delays.
- Assist with the coordination of supplier collections, working closely with freight forwarding partners to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
- Organise and maintain the sample library, ensuring all samples are accurately catalogued and easily accessible.
- Coordinate sample requests in line with project requirements.
- Verify invoices received from suppliers, freight forwarders and third-party partners.
- Reconcile invoices against internal records and investigate any discrepancies.
- Support stock take activities and inventory record reconciliation.
