Grounds Café at Salcey Forest
Is looking for a CAFE SUPERVISOR.
We are offering around 25 hours per week, usually over 4 days, which will include days both in the week and also at the weekend. These hours this can increase during holiday periods.
We are looking for a someone with who has exceptional customer service skills and who has experience in running shifts and managing staff while company standards and enhancing the customer experience. If you have an bubbly, engaging personality and enjoy working in a busy environment then this is the role for you.
Full time would be 4 shifts per week and you will be required to work at weekends.
Experience in a customer facing role is preferred as this is a very customer focused role. Full training is given to all new staff but we do want someone who is willing to work hard, learn quickly, develop into the position
The starting rate of pay is flexible for the right candidates but this will be discussed at the interview.
