Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our on-site team. You will be responsible for ensuring the development’s communal areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning duties in communal areas including lobbies, corridors, lifts, restrooms, gym etc.
- Carry out regular inspections and promptly report defects or health & safety concerns.
- Ensure correct use and replenishment of cleaning supplies.
- Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
- Collaborate with team members and contractors to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred.
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Understanding of health and safety in a residential setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of English.
