We're looking for an experienced Bid Writer to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, commercially aware professional who enjoys producing compelling, high-quality tender responses that win business.
Working closely with the leadership team, you'll take ownership of the bid process from opportunity identification through to submission, ensuring every proposal is accurate, persuasive and submitted on time.
Experience preparing bids for both Commercial and UK Government tenders is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end bid and tender process.
- Review tender documentation and identify key requirements.
- Produce compelling, compliant and persuasive bid responses.
- Coordinate input from technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Maintain a library of bid content and supporting documentation.
- Ensure submissions meet all deadlines and compliance requirements.
- Monitor tender portals for suitable opportunities.
- Continuously improve bid quality, processes and win rates.
About You
You'll be an experienced Bid Writer with a proven history of producing successful tender submissions.
You'll also have:
- Demonstrable experience writing and managing Commercial and Public Sector bids.
- Excellent written English with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- The ability to translate technical information into clear, customer-focused responses.
- Experience working independently and managing multiple deadlines.
- A proactive and collaborative approach.
Desirable Experience

- Cloud Solutions

Knowledge of public procurement frameworks would be advantageous.
