As a part of our Night Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various tasks to support the smooth operation of our establishment.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the lobby, entrance, and other public areas.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes as needed.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Monitor the condition of the premises and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold hotel standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for visitors.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an advantage, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries and reservations effectively.
