We are a modern jewellery store specialising in custom-made dental grills, alongside a wide range of premium jewellery. We are looking for a confident, customer-focused GDC-registered Dental Technician to join our team in a unique dual-role position.

The Role
Your primary clinical responsibility will be taking accurate digital oral scans for customers purchasing custom dental grills. Full training will be provided on our products and workflow.
When not carrying out oral scans, you will work as part of our retail team, assisting customers with jewellery sales and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Take accurate digital oral scans for customers requiring custom dental grills.
- Ensure all procedures are carried out in accordance with GDC standards and infection control protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the scanning and ordering process.
- Assist customers with selecting and purchasing jewellery.
- Process sales using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain attractive product displays and replenish stock.
- Assist with stock management and inventory checks.
- Keep the store clean, organised, and welcoming.
- Handle customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and online.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Essential Requirements
- Current GDC registration as a Dental Technician.
- Experience taking digital oral scans or willingness to learn our systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced retail environment.
Desirable
- Previous retail or jewellery sales experience.
- Experience using digital intraoral scanners.
- Sales experience with luxury goods or customer-facing environments.
