Overview
We are seeking experienced Bar / Floor Staff to join our award winning wedding team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a lively hospitality environment, providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, and the ability to work efficiently. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is essential.
Responsibilities
- Serve drinks and food to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure all beverages are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, providing correct change when necessary
- Restock bar supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar at the beginning and end of shifts
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is essential
- Strong serving skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- A personable attitude with strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required

- Must be 18 or Over and available mid week and weekends
