Pay rate: £14.00- £14.50 per hour - Weekly and Monthly Pay Available!
Shift pattern: 07.00am - 19.00pm; 19.00pm - 07.00am (Mon to Sun)
Hours: 24 hour per week
We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Coventry. This person has Brain Injury and complex clinical needs such as gastrostomy care, tracheostomy care— and relies on a consistent team who truly understand them.
What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine.
✨What You’ll Need

Experience supporting individuals with Brain Injury, gastrostomy care or complex clinical needs

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Confidence in managing and de-escalating challenging situations
✨What You’ll do

Provide person- centred care on a 1:1 basis

Deliver person-centred support.

Promote independence and wellbeing.

Support community access and meaningful activities.

Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing

Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
