Salary: £39,520 – £54,080 per year (Depending on Experience) + Overtime

Are you a Machinist looking for a stable, supportive role with a family-run engineering company that genuinely looks after its people? We are recruiting for a fantastic client in Bideford who is looking to expand their close-knit toolroom team.

What we are looking for:
We are highly interested in speaking to experienced toolroom machinists, but we are also open to less experienced candidates who want to learn and grow.
The main dealbreaker? You must be familiar with a cylindrical grinder.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with Cylindrical Grinding (Manual or CNC).
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Experience with Jones & Shipman machines is a huge bonus, but not essential.
