Job Summary
As a Section Leader, you will work closely with other Section Leaders and the Production Manager to support the effective running of the production lines. Therefore, you will need a good understanding of packaging machinery and its operation to ensure efficient performance and respond effectively to production issues.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing internal and external labour.
- Completing scheduled orders.
- Managing stock, packaging and waste.
- Production paperwork.
- Managing two production lines daily and around 15 staff.
- Drive production to meet despatch deadlines.
