● Be professional and respectful when working in customers’ homes
● Be able to work independently and as part of a team
● Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
● Hold a full UK driving licence
Responsibilities
The role will involve carrying out damp proofing and associated remedial works to a high professional standard, including rising damp treatments, condensation solutions and general property repairs.
You will be representing the company directly with homeowners, landlords, estate agents and property management companies, so a professional approach and excellent customer service are essential.
