Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst - EMEA to join our high performing and collaborative Payroll team.
What you’ll own
As a Payroll Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering an accurate and compliant payroll service for colleagues across the UK business.
Key responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with PAYE and statutory payments.

Maintain employee pay, benefits, and payroll records.

Support HMRC reporting and year-end activities, including P11Ds and P60s.

Administer pensions and flexible benefits.

Manage payroll data from Workday and liaise with the payroll provider.

Resolve payroll queries from colleagues and external agencies.

Investigate and correct payroll discrepancies.

Perform payroll reconciliations and provide payroll documentation support (P45s, P60s, etc.).
What you'll bring
A minimum of 2 years’ payroll experience
Good UK legislation knowledge
Some exposure to producing monthly reports
Ability to work well as part of a team
Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written form.
Focused, proactive self-starter with good interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Passion for attention to detail and getting it right first time
Able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
Experience of dealing with large volumes of data
It’s a bonus if you have
Experience using systems: ADP Streamline, IHCM, Workday
CIPP desirable
Experience supporting additional countries within the EMEA region would be a plus
