What you'll be doing
- Welcoming guests with confidence, warmth and professionalism from the moment they arrive.
- Delivering attentive, knowledgeable service throughout every stage of the dining experience.
- Confidently talking guests through our menus, daily specials and drinks, making recommendations where appropriate.
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, seamless service.
- Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail throughout the restaurant.
- Handling payments accurately and ensuring every guest leaves with a reason to return.
- Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive, high performing service every shift.
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar restaurant environment.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to build a long term career in the industry.
- Someone who understands that outstanding service is about anticipating guests' needs, not simply taking orders.
- A confident, personable and professional attitude with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to stay calm, organised and focused during busy services.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
- A positive team player who's happy to roll their sleeves up and help wherever needed.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
