Bridgegate Security is recruiting an experienced Head Door Supervisor to lead the security operation at Bonnie Rogues in Bristol.
Bonnie Rogues is a high energy, modern venue with a strong late night offering, live sport, entertainment, and a busy weekend atmosphere. We are looking for a confident, professional Head Door Supervisor who can lead from the front, manage a team effectively, and work closely with venue management to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
This is a key role within a flagship venue and offers the opportunity to take real ownership of the operation.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading and managing the door team on shift
- Maintaining high standards of entry control, and customer interaction
- Managing queues and overall front of house flow
- Working closely with venue management during busy trading periods and events
- Completing incident reports and ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely
- Driving standards, professionalism, and team performance
What You’ll Get:
- £18.00 per hour, paid weekly
- Full-time hours available (35+ hours per week)

What We’re Looking For:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)
- Proven experience as a Head Door Supervisor or strong Deputy ready to step up
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Professional, well presented, and credible with clients
- Confident managing busy late night environments
- Reliable, organised, and capable of leading by example
