We are seeking a Bar & Coffee Shop Assistant (Food & Beverage Assistant) to join our busy Catering department. Previous experience of working in a busy food and beverage establishment or bar is essential, while experience of cash handling and till reconciliation would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have:

Basic Food Hygiene qualification (essential).

NVQ Level 1 in Catering & Hospitality (desirable).

A flexible attitude and approach to work and methods of work.

Effective interpersonal skills in order to liaise with internal and external customers.

A clean, tidy and presentable appearance.
And be:

Honest, reliable and hard working with the ability to work under pressure.

Friendly, able to work as part of a team and work between food and drink service areas.
